We hope to build a growth ecosystem for young designers that connects creativity with practice, academia with career, and individuals with the industry.
1. Enhance Brand Influence in Advance:Conduct in-depth campus branding activities to shape a youthful brand image and establish a positive corporate social responsibility image among young designers.
2. Precisely Reach Target Audiences & Strengthen Product Awareness:Integrate Nippon Paint’s exclusive color codes and textured product introductions into the competition, encouraging participants to create works based on Nippon Paint products and colors, helping our products enter young designers’ vision more efficiently and accurately.Meanwhile, invite renowned industry designers to serve as judges, building a bridge for cooperation between the brand and designers.
We organized three talks related to the competition theme on campus, and also held a forum sharing session at the awards ceremony focusing on the identity transition from students to professional designers. Through various forms of discussions and thinking improvement, students have gained a deeper understanding of the industry, and also formed more new thoughts on interdisciplinary integration, skill upgrading, or future career development choices in the current sluggish architecture industry.
