"The "Entrepreneurial Young Painter" training program has been developed with the aim of training young people between the ages of 18-30 who want to acquire a profession and are prone to mastery as painters and to support the employment of young painters in the sector. In Türkiye, the painters profession is losing its value each year. Young people are not aspiring to become painters; instead, they are opting for more modern and flexible professions like motorbike courier services in cargo companies. On the other hand, some experienced and young painters are migrating to Europe. As a result, there is a decrease in the number of painters in the country. As Filli Boya, we prepared The ""Entrepreneurial Young Painter"" program with the goal of revitalizing the mastery profession and training young skilled painters. Our goal is to introduce young individuals to the industry as trained painters after a 4-week practical thecnical training and a subsequent 16-week internship. Upon completing the education and internship period, the painter candidates will receive the ""Professional Competence"" certificate issued by the government, validating their expertise. Throughout the program, participants will receive practical training as well as soft skill education, including Occupational Safety, Social Equality, Communication & Relationship Management, Social Media Training, Basic Entrepreneurship, and Consumer Rights, aiming to enhance their social competencies. Then, they will join Filli Ustam platform, which is our painter finding platform, where they will meet with consumers and other professionals, thus they will have sustainable job opportunities. In the end, educated painters who use Filli Boya products and have received both application, color & decoration and social competence trainings will meet with the consumers. "
Due to the social skills training they underwent, participants learned to trust and respect both themselves and their profession. As a result of the intensive and fast-paced technical training they received, some of them began earning money by working on weekends while still undergoing training.
