Qualitative Impact

1)Product-Specific Training (TN & KN): 13,695+ painters were trained in 2024. 45% of the trained painters have enrolled in PROchamps for continued development.
2)Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) Certification: 900 painters received RPL certification, validating their skills and enhancing their professional credibility.
3)Outreach through Painter Meets, Stall Activities & Expo: Engaged with 6200+ painters across Tamil Nadu , providing training and support at events.
4)Sales Force Training: 367 sales force members (SO/PSAs/PDA/DSO/NEO Team) were trained in 2024 to enhance sales and customer engagement skills.
