Benefit to the Company: This collaboration serves as an income-generating model by optimizing production efficiency while maintaining cost-effectiveness. At the same time, it strengthens Nippon Paint’s commitment to inclusive growth and socially responsible business practices.
The initiative has helped shift community perceptions toward greater acceptance and inclusion of neurodiverse individuals in the workforce. Families feel more secure and hopeful seeing their members gain stable employment and independence.
