Advancing environmental responsibility requires quantifiable carbon management and transparent product standards across every stage of the building lifecycle. By aligning with certified green building schemes and leading regional forums, operating units are turning sustainability commitments into verifiable results.
Upcycling Paint Pails into Foundation Pods
Advancing circularity within the construction industry, Dulux Australia has partnered with Stockland and Biax to transform empty plastic paint pails into functional foundation pods for concrete slabs. This initiative successfully diverted 72 tonnes of plastic waste from landfills in 2025 alone, culminating in a major milestone in August 2026 when the first concrete slab using these recycled pods was poured at a Stockland development in Sydney.

Driving Carbon Reductions with AP Thailand
Nippon Paint Thailand deepened its environmental partnership with real estate developer AP Thailand, operating as its first certified Green Partner under the International EPD System (IES). Over four years of applying certified sustainable coating solutions across residential communities, the partnership has prevented an estimated 611,028 kilograms of carbon dioxide equivalent emissions—an environmental reduction comparable to the carbon sequestration of more than 64,318 trees.
