Aligned with this, Nippon Paint Automotive Europe initiated a leadership training programme to enable amore conducive environment for its operations personnel and to better understand the needs of team members. A key aspect of the training was the course on managing critical situations and efficiently mitigating issues while ensuring a smooth communication process throughout.
